The Parker filtration cart features two high-capacity Moduflow™ Plus Series filters, which offer high-efficiency filtration and long-term dependability so vital to today’s hydraulic systems. The first stage inlet filter (20 or 40 micron synthetic) captures larger particles, while the second stage outlet filter (2, 5, 10 or 20 micron) removes finer particles. Water is removed by installing Par-Gel elements in the outlet filter, which are made from a polymer that has a very high affinity for free water. As an option, the trolle can be fitted with a Parker icountPD online particle detector, which allows the user to continuously monitor contaminant and moisture levels of the hydraulic fluid being transferred or cleaned. The cart / trolley is suitable for use with hydraulic, gear, and lube oil/fluid viscosities below 800 cSt (icountPD recommended viscosity level is 108 cSt). Maximum allowable flow rate is 38 L/min (10 GPM). Removes free water that often collects in hydraulic tanks and drums. Free water formation occurs when humid air inside a container or tank cools to the point that water condenses out of the air – Removes solid particulate matter that is introduced during hydraulic fluid transfer, mixing, and storage – Prevents contamination and ingress of dirt, sand, dust, metal, etc. into hydraulic circuits – Saves time and money by eliminating unplanned maintenance and unscheduled downtime from system component failure – Lengthens time in between required maintenance intervals, reduces operating costs, and extends overall equipment/machine operational life – Mobile design allows for easy use in the field- iCountPD online particle counter allows the user to continuously monitor contaminant and moisture levels of the hydraulic fluid being transferred or cleaned – Dual-filter design offers 2.5 times dirt-holding capacity then competing products on the market.
